Bentleigh Greens SC is inviting Expressions of Interest from an experienced, ambitious and highly motivated Technical Director to lead the club’s BYVPL Division 1 boys program for the 2027 season.

We are seeking a football leader who can provide clear technical direction, strong leadership and a consistent football philosophy, while driving player development and establishing a connected pathway across the boys program.

The 2027 season presents an exciting opportunity for Bentleigh Greens, with the boys program competing in BYVPL Division One.

The Technical Director will play a key role in building on the strong foundations already established at the club, ensuring our football program operates with clear standards, consistency and purpose.

The role will oversee the technical direction of the program, supporting coaches and creating a strong, connected development pathway from Under 13 through to Under 18 and Under 20–23.

The Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical leadership across the BYVPL Division 1 boys program, including:

Establishing and implementing a clear football philosophy and playing methodology
Leading and supporting the coaching team
Developing consistent coaching standards across the program
Supporting the individual development of players
Creating a connected pathway between age groups
Identifying opportunities for player progression and development
Promoting a positive, professional and high-performance football environment
Working collaboratively with club leadership to continually improve the football program

We are looking for someone who can lead with purpose, develop people and players, and help establish Bentleigh Greens as a destination for ambitious young footballers.
