Bentleigh Greens Soccer Club is seeking expressions of interest from experienced food retail operators to manage the club’s kitchen and bar facilities including the main hall at Kingston Heath Soccer Complex. The Manager will have the exclusive provider of such services except as expressly agreed.With the facility hosting an NPL senior women’s and VPL men’s team and an estimated 600 registered players in 2025 across four pitches this is a unique opportunity for any food and beverage operator.
This expression of interest will be the first stage of a two-stage tender process. The expression of interest stage will result in a shortlist of operators who will be invited to provide further information as part of Request for Proposal process.
Expression of Interest Process
Responses to this invitation for Expression of Interest must be in writing and provide the following –
• Provide the full business and personal details of the operator(s)
• Outline experience in the food and hospitality industry
• Any other supporting documentation the respondent feels is relevant to the EOI.
Shortlisted parties will be provided with a Request for Proposal document and pack including proposed contract conditions and details of the facility.
Expressions of Interest close Friday 15 November 2024 at 5pm (AEDT).
Request for Proposal close Saturday 30 November 2024 at 9am (AEDT).
