Bentleigh Greens is currently inviting expressions of interest from dedicated and experienced coaches to join our Boys BVYPL program for the current season.
We are seeking:
A Head Coach to work with our current Assistant Coach; or
An Assistant Coach to work with our current Interim Head Coach.
We value individuals committed to player development, team culture, personal development and bringing a high level of professionalism to our club environment.
Key Criteria:
Experience working with youth boys in high-performance/aspirational environments
Minimum AFC/FA B Diploma accreditation (or willingness to obtain)
A growth mindset and commitment to personal development
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to foster a positive and development-focused team culture
Commitment to club values and long-term player progression.
