Bentleigh Greens have announced the signing of goalkeeper Christian Pavlidis from South Springvale. The experienced shot-stopper will take the number 1 position in the absence of Bon Scott, who is out for the medium-long term due to injury.

Bentleigh Greens Head Coach, Petr Tichy, expressed his excitement for the new acquisition, stating, “We had to find someone, and Christian comes highly-rated and with great experience. He is a fantastic addition to our squad, and we are looking forward to having him between the sticks for us.”

Pavlidis is no stranger to the NPL, having previously played for Heidelberg United.

Pavlidis will make his league debut for the Greens in the opening round of the NPL Victoria against North Geelong Warriors.
